An oil soluble alkyl phenol Ethoxylated designed to provide a balance of properties including a high level of surface activity. Applications include down-hole emulsifications, oil-in-water pipeline emulsification and tank cleaning operations. It is capable of emulsifying a wide range of oil, waxes and hydrocarbon solvents.
